Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment. If you prefer to be billed on open account, and do not have an existing account with our company, we will process your credit application in 7-10 working days. All open account terms are Net 30 Days. We also offer Residential,C.O.D. shipments on all orders with the exception of "common carrier" truck deliveries.

Guaranteed Lowest Prices

1-800-BUY-RACK guarantees you the lowest overall cost. If you find the same item for less, please fax us a copy of your quote including any applicable delivery charges. We will beat the total cost by 5%.

Free Delivery
|
|
1-800-BUY-RACK will pay the shipping charges within the contiguous U.S. for all orders totaling $750.00 or more before sales tax and freight charges. "Free Delivery" does not include special service charges such as Overnight Delivery, Residential, C.O.D. fees, inside delivery and lift gate service. Lead Time

Our standard shipping time is 5-10 working days. Some items are available for "Quick Shipment". Please look for our "Quick Ship" logo. These items will ship within 2-5 working days depending on the product. If you have a special need for our product on a "rush" basis, please let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate these special circumstances.

Shipping Methods

We ship using the most effective of the following means: If you are in our local delivery area, your order will most likely be delivered on one of our own trucks. This method insures your shipment is handled with the best possible care. If you are outside our local delivery area, your order will be shipped via common carrier freight lines or UPS.

Inside Delivery
|
|
Normal delivery is "tailgate" delivery. This means that the carrier is required to deliver the product to the tailgate of the truck. You are responsible for offloading of the truck. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Please ask one of our representatives for details upon placing your order.

Our "No Hassle" Return Policy
|
|
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We are extremely confident that you will be completely satisified with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please call us at 1-800-289-7225 within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund. Special order items cannot be returned.

Damaged Items
|
|
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and call a 1-800-BUY-RACK representative to request an inspection, initiate a freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.
