Order Shipping FAQ
1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 5-10 working days. On selected items, we offer a Quick Ship Program with shipping times as quick as 48 hours.
2. What is 1-800-BUY-RACK's Free Delivery Policy?
1-800-BUY-RACK will pay the shipping charges within the contiguous U.S. for all orders totaling $750.00 or more before sales tax and freight charges. Free Delivery does not include special service charges such as Overnight Delivery, C.O.D. fees and inside delivery.
3. What are the freight charges for orders less than $750?
Delivery charges vary. Please call 1-800-289-7225 and a sales representative will provide you with a quotation. You may also e-mail your request to customerservice@buyrack.com.
4. What is tailgate delivery?
This means that the carrier is required to deliver the product to the tailgate of the truck. You are responsible for the off-loading of the truck. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call 1-800-229-7225 for a quote.

 

Forms of Payment
1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you prefer to be billed on open account, and do not have an existing account with our company, we will process your credit application in 7-10 working days. All open account terms are Net 30 Day
2. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at Buyrack.com is safe. 1-800-BUY-RACK uses the Authorizenet to process credit card requests. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from 1-800-BUY-RACK, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
3. What name will show up on my credit card?
Your purchase with 1-800-BUY-RACK will appear as '1 800 BUYRACK' on your monthly credit card statement.

Before checking out, the following functions can be performed to your order:

changes the quantity of items to the value in the text box and recalculates the total. Remove Item(s)
To remove item(s) from your order, check the item(s) under the 'Remove' column and click the 'Remove Item(s)' button at the bottom of your order.

Empty basket
clears the order of all items.

What is your return policy?
1. What is 1-800-BUY-RACK's return policy?
"No Hassle" Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We are extremely confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please call us at 1-800-289-7225 within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund. Special order items cannot be returned.

Damaged Items
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped by UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and call a 1-800-BUY-RACK representative to request an inspection, initiate a freight claim and obtain replacement parts if necessary.

 

Damaged, Missing Items or Parts?
1. What if I am missing parts or items?
All shortages must be reported at the time of deliver and is the customer's responsibility. Note all shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact 1-800-BUY-RACK immediately to request an inspection. Either a freight claim will then be initiated or replacement items will be issued.
2. What if my order arrives damaged?
We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon deliver and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. Do you offer Discounts or Price Guarantees?
1. What is your Low Price Guarantee?
1-800-BUY-RACK guarantees you the lowest overall cost. If you find the same item for less, please fax us a copy of the quote including any applicable delivery/handling charges. We will beat the total cost by 5%.
2. Does 1-800-BUY-RACK offer volume Discounts?
Yes, you can save anywhere from 5%~15% depending on the total cost of product your are purchasing:

Save 5% on orders of $1,000 or more
Save 10% on orders of $2,500 or more
Save 15% on orders $5,000 or more
