1-800-BUY-RACK will pay the shipping charges within the contiguous U.S. for all orders totaling $750.00 or more before sales tax and freight charges. "Free Delivery" does not include special service charges such as  Residential, *Limited Access Locations, Inside Delivery, Call Notification, and Lift Gate service. An order is a single item or multiple items being shipped to the same address.

**LiftGate / Curbside - $75.00 Per Shipment not available if items exceed 84"

A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground, so that you can take it inside your business or residence. The truck driver will place your order on the ground, and you are responsible for bringing it inside. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout.



**Residential Delivery - $65.00 Per Shipment
A Residential Delivery is defined as delivery to a location that is a home, including a business operating out of a home.


 **Limited Access Locations - $75.00 Per Shipment

  1. When Carrier makes a pickup or delivery at a limited access location, the following charges will apply:
    1. $75.00 per shipment. 
  2. The term LIMITED ACCESS LOCATION includes but is not limited to the following:
    1. Individual (mini) storage units
    2. Churches
    3. Schools
    4. Commercial establishments not open to walk-in public during normal business hours
    5. Construction sites
    6. Fairs or carnivals
    7. Prisons
    8. Military Base/Installations
    9. Mine Sites 
  3. In the case of delivery, such charge will include an initial notification to make delivery arrangements only if Carrier is provided the correct telephone number of the Consignee

 

**Call Notification Fee - $15.00 Additional Per Shipment

**Inside Delivery Fee - $125.00 Per Shipment (liftgate service included)
