Damaged, Missing Items or Parts?

1. What if I am missing parts or items?

All shortages must be reported at the time of deliver and is the customer's responsibility. Note all shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact 1-800-BUY-RACK immediately to request an inspection. Either a freight claim will then be initiated or replacement items will be issued.

2. What if my order arrives damaged?

We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when they are shipped UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise upon deliver and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the carton contact us.  Call 1-800-BUY-RACK to speak to a representative to request an inspection or to initiate a freight claim.
